The Wound Care Center at Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital was established in 2018 and features 15 inpatient beds. Staffed by a multidisciplinary team of wound care specialists and certified wound, ostomy, and continence (WOC) nurses, the center specializes in the comprehensive management of chronic and non-healing wounds, providing professional, standardized, and patient-centered care for patients with complex wounds and ostomies.
The center is equipped with advanced wound management technologies, including negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), topical oxygen therapy, ultraviolet shortwave therapy, blue light therapy, and rehabilitation equipment, complemented by rehabilitation training, nutritional support, and patient education. It is a member of the National Elderly Diabetic Foot Alliance, the Vascular Surgery Specialty Alliance of The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, and the National Ostomy Care Alliance. In addition, it serves as the Lead Institution and Specialized Training Center of the Fosun Healthcare Wound Care Alliance, reflecting its commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based wound care.
