Established in 1992 as a flagship clinical unit, our Emergency Department stands at the forefront of regional critical care in Foshan. Integrating emergency medicine, research, and education, we deliver 24/7 lifesaving interventions through a team of 49 skilled medical professionals. Equipped with 15 specialized beds (including 2 resuscitation beds, 6 critical care beds, and 7 observation beds) and 4 advanced ambulances, we provide seamless, full-spectrum care—from pre-hospital rescue and emergency treatment to intensive monitoring.

Our expertise spans 8 core emergency techniques, including:

• Cardiac defibrillation, advanced airway management (endotracheal intubation), and ultrasound-guided eFAST for rapid trauma assessment

• Complex procedures like closed thoracic drainage and deep vein catheterization

• 26-minute Door-to-Balloon time for acute heart attacks (Chest Pain Center)

• 21-minute ER-to-OR transfer for severe trauma (Trauma Center)
