The Department of Nephrology at Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital has continuously advanced its clinical expertise over the years. The department consists of Nephrology Outpatient Clinics, Inpatient Wards, and a Blood Purification Center, supported by a multidisciplinary team of experienced nephrologists, dialysis specialists, and nursing professionals. It provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of kidney diseases, including acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, acute and chronic kidney failure, diabetic nephropathy, and other renal disorders. Established in 1990, the Blood Purification Center is one of the earliest dialysis centers in Foshan, with more than 30 years of clinical experience in renal replacement therapy. The center is equipped with advanced hemodialysis and hemodiafiltration systems, a dual reverse-osmosis water treatment system, a central dialysis fluid delivery system, and portable color Doppler ultrasound equipment, ensuring safe, standardized, and high-quality dialysis care. It also adopts an optimized "2+1" dialysis regimen (two hemodialysis sessions plus one hemodiafiltration session per week), helping patients achieve better dialysis outcomes and improved quality of life.
