Dr. Ou specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal cancers, with particular expertise in Da Vinci robotic surgery, laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomies, and single-port/reduced-port laparoscopic techniques.

With 36 years of clinical experience, Dr. Ou has served as Director of Gastrointestinal Surgery at Foshan Second People's Hospital (1989-2015) and currently holds positions as Director of the Surgical Hospital and Chief of General Surgery at Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital (2015-present).

Dr. Ou has contributed to advancing Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
